Deleting a Client permanently removes it from the database, along with every session it recorded. Once deleted, the Client disappears from the Management Tool and its data is no longer viewable anywhere.
Deleting a Client also deletes any one-time password records generated for it.
Only offline or uninstalled Clients can be deleted. Uninstall the Client first — locally or remotely — if it’s still installed.
If a deleted Client ever reconnects to the Application Server, it reappears in the Management Tool as a new Client — its previously deleted data doesn’t come back.

Delete a single Client

1

Open the Client

Log in to the Management Tool as a user with the administrative Database Management permission, click Clients, and find the offline or uninstalled Client. Click its name in the Client Name column.
Use the Search box and filters at the top of the Client Management tab to find it quickly.
2

Delete it

On the Editing Client page, Properties tab, click Delete Client at the bottom of the page.
3

Confirm

Click Delete in the confirmation message.
