Offline License Activation and Update
To activate your license serial key, do the following:
If you do not have an Internet connection on the computer on which your license serial key is to be activated, you can first activate it on this page (in the form below), and then activate the product offline in the Management Tool.

Copy and paste your license serial key into the Serial Keys text box in the form.

Log in to the Management Tool as a user of the Administrators user group.

Click the Configuration (
) button (at the top of the Management Tool interface).

On the Serial Key Management tab that opens, copy the Unique identifier into the Unique Identifier text box in the form at the bottom of this page.

Select the I’m not a robot reCAPCHA checkbox.

Click the Activation button.

Save the activatedKeys.txt file that is generated (e.g. to a removable drive).

In the Management Tool, on the Serial Key Management tab, click the Activate Product Offline button.

On the Activated Serial Key Adding page that opens, click Choose File, and select the activatedKeys.txt file (that you saved above) which contains the activated serial key.

Click Add.

The activated serial key is then be displayed on the Serial Key Management page, along with the number and types of Client licenses and the Update & Support period end date.

If there are both licensed and unlicensed Clients in your network, and you want to assign licenses to the rest of the Clients, you need to assign a license to each of the remaining unlicensed Clients manually.
